ATM Banking

Your TMECU member card can be used at any ATM on the EXCHANGE or ACCULINK network where you can withdraw, deposit, pay bills, or check your balance surcharge free. You have access to over 4,000 ATM’s nation wide. Locate the closest ATM here.

In-Branch Banking

Our Branches welcome you to stop in for a more personalized banking approach. The TMECU staff would be more than happy to assist you in your daily banking or setting up automated bill payments. Likewise, feel free to set up an appointment for financial advice with one of our Financial Service Officers. If you would prefer not to sign up for online banking our staff can print off a copy of your statements in branch.

Telephone Banking

Call 1-866-863-9119 toll free to access our teller phone banking system, you can:

  • Check account balances
  • Check loan balances
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay bills
  • Change you PAC

Before you can access telephone banking you need your Personalized Access Code (PAC).
Personal Access Code (PAC) – Your PAC is your personal access code or word used with Direct Services to access your Account. You cannot access online banking until you have been given a PAC. You have the ability to change your PAC to a code that is easy to remember when you log in. Please call your local branch to receive you PAC over the phone.
